Description
1. Membership Fee & Duration:
Monthly Fee: $55 per month for unlimited open play during regular hours.
Commitment Period: A minimum commitment of 2 months is required. First and last month’s payment due up front. After that it is a Month-to-month recurring charge. If you wish to cancel a cancellation request must be made at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.
Membership is billed every 30 days
2. Access to Open Play:
Members have unlimited access to open play during regular hours of operations. Weekend Reservations: Due to high demand, members must make reservations for weekend open play(Saturday and Sunday)
3. Membership Benefits:
Unlimited access to open play during non-reserved hours throughout the month.
1 free guest pass per month
4. Reservation Policy:
Weekend Reservations: Reservations for weekend open play must be made in advance and are subject to availability. If a member is unable to attend a reserved time, please notify us via email to allow other members to use the space.
Reservation Limits: Members are allowed to make up 2 weekend reservations per month, subject to availability.
5. Cancellations & Modifications:
To cancel or modify your membership, a cancellation request must be submitted at least 30 days before the end of your billing cycle.
If you wish to cancel after the initial 2-month commitment, you will be billed for the next 30-day period prior to cancellation.
6. Safety & Behavior Guidelines:
All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while using the playground.
Parents or guardians must ensure that children follow all safety rules and guidelines to ensure a fun and safe environment.
Children who engage in unsafe behavior (e.g., roughhousing, not following staff instructions) may be asked to leave the play area temporarily for their safety.
7. Health & Safety:
Children should not attend if they are sick or exhibiting symptoms of illness.
Regular sanitation of the playground equipment is conducted, but we encourage parents to wash hands before and after play sessions.
8. No Refund Policy: Membership fees are non-refundable. However, members may cancel their membership at anytime if requested in accordance with our cancellation policy.
